One of the main reasons about lack of airports management system is lack of information or precise assessment about rate of servicing at some parts of airports. For corrected management at airport we must know about the function of components and their whole systems. In this research with presenting a model about evaluation the lacks of airports and study on 6 high traffic airports in Iran, the rate of lack at each airport in different parts and parameters is measured. Then by collecting base information in case studies in each part and rate of lack are measured and also for measuring the rate of lack at country airports the average of assessments is used. One of the considerable points in this study is the rate of impression factor and separated lack score that first one is an index for determining rate of abundance and second one is an index for rate of importance the lack of airports. The results show that the lack score in the level of service part is 29.5% and in facilities part is 92.2%. In first part the rate of lack score in General services at terminal is 64.4%, in land services is 32.2%, in welfare services is 18.3%, in air services is 81.8% and also in facilities part the lack score in air facilities is 39.3% and in land facilities is 82.2%. So the most lack rate is about air facilities and the least one is about welfare services. In addition, the results show that in spite of high score about facilities, about Abundance they are 20.4% and this index in parameters of services part is 81.6%. So from the results of assessment, Abundance rate of lack at all parts of airports is determined and priorities about solving them are obtained.
