摘要

Partnering is one of the advanced international construction management methods. Different from tradition project management methods, it advocates flexibility in project management, and it emphasizes the importance of communication, trust and winwin. Therefore, partnering can break through the limitation of tradition contract, improve the relationship among project participants, reduce litigation and dispute, and achieve cost saving, time reduction and quality improvement. On the basis of defining the core contents of partnering, combining the implementation experience of developed countries and regions, this paper introduces entire life circle management to partnering. The work flow of partnering during initiation stage, tender and bid stage, design and construction stage, as well as completion acceptance stage, is designed. Finally, policy proposals such as perfect credit system and give impetus to innovate contracts, is proposed.
