摘要:通过抗折静载试验,得到了不同钢纤维体积率(0%、1%、2%)预应力钢纤维板的抗弯强度,揭示了钢纤维的掺入能有效阻止混凝土基体开裂,提高混凝土板的抗折强度;根据恒应力幅抗折疲劳试验,分析了预应力钢纤维混凝土板的破坏形式,得到循环应变幅-循环比曲线、循环应力-应变曲线、塑性应变能-循环比曲线.研究结果表明,当达到疲劳总寿命的80%时,钢纤维体积率为0%的混凝土板的应变幅值增长较快,已经进入不稳定发展阶段,而2%的混凝土板仍然处于稳定发展阶段,预应力钢纤维混凝土板的塑性应变能呈现明显的三阶段变化趋势.%Through the static load test,we got the bending strength of steel reinforced prestressed concrete slab with different volume ratio of steel fiber (0%,1%,2%),revealed that the incorporation of steel fiber can prevent the matrix cracking of concrete,improved the flexural strength of concrete slab. Constant fatigue stress flexural fatigue trial analyze the failure mode of steel fiber reinforced prestressed concrete slab,get the cyclic strain amplitude-cycle ratio curve,cyclic stress-strain curve and plastic strain energy-cycle ratio curve of steel reinforced prestressed concrete slab with different volume ratio of steel fiber (0%, 1%,2%). Research results showed that strain amplitude of the concrete slab in 0% volume ratio of steel fiber will grow rapidly and has entered unstable state with 80% total fatigue life. But the concrete slab in 0% volume ratio of steel fiber was in stable development stage. The plastic strain energy of prestressed steel fiber reinforced concrete slab can be changed in the three cycles obviously.
