The realization path of building market credit system construction was discussed by researching the credit behavior of building market subject,credit composition and building market credit system,it was proposed to apply the credit evaluation in the relevant links of project construction management with the construction project as the carrier,credit management as the means and"construction site" and "building market" as the starting point,and fully played the role of credit evaluation in the building market supervision.%通过研究建筑市场主体的信用行为、信用组成以及信用体系构成,探讨建筑市场信用体系建设的实现路径,提出建筑市场信用管理以建设工程项目为载体,以信用管理为手段,以"施工现场"和"建筑市场"两场联动为契入点,将信用评价应用到工程建设管理相关环节,充分发挥信用评价在建筑市场监管中的作用.
