摘要

The university-industry-research institute cooperation innovation is a kind of collaborative innovation behavior, which has the complex and adaptive characteristic. Based on the explanation of these characteristic and the structure of "the double helix", the model of university-industry-research institute cooperation innovation of the substance established jointly is constructed in the perspective of complex and adaptive system (CAS). According to the model, all the participation's function are analyzed in the cooperation process, the three cooperation phases including the initialization, establishment, and run are Jdiscussed, and the four cooperation mechanism and their relationship are expounded emphatically.
