With the rapid develop of Internet, E-mail is welcomed by Internet users with its convenient, fast features. Because of the openness of Internet, and the vulnerability of the network transport protocol, E-mail has many kinds of security issues. Currently, in order to improve the security of E-mail, varieties of programs and products have been proposed, and play an important role in specific areas. This paper discusses a kind of secure E-mail based on data encryption and digital signature technologies, and gives its design and implementation method.
