In this paper we describe the WebHint method for usability evaluation of online applications. The method is based on remote and automatic capture, and semi-automatic analysis of user interaction. We also describe one experiment developed with WebHint in order to validate the method. The results of the experiment are also described demonstrating how WebHint can be used and what kind of results can be obtained in a usability evaluation.
