摘要

An empirical study was conducted to investigate the relationship among job autonomy, feedback and organizational citizen behavior (OCB) in Chinese context. This paper builts relationship models owing to (Hackman & Oldham 1975)'s Job Characteristics Model and the relationship was examined in a sample 150 MBA students of South China University of Technology. Results hare a positive impact on identification with company, altruism toward colleagues and conscientiousness significantly, and feedback has a positive impact on interpersonal harmony and i protecting company resources significantly.
