摘要

Customer satisfaction is increasingly becoming an important non-financial indicator in the evaluation of innovative product performance. And how to the improve customer satisfactory degree of innovative products in the domestic and international market is a strategic initiative to determine the survival and development of enterprise. The purpose of this paper is to answer what customer satisfaction is, what its formation mechanism is and how to assess customer satisfaction. Firstly this paper discusses the connotation, formation mechanisms and constitution of customer satisfaction by utilizing psychological theory. Secondly, this paper has established the evaluation index system of innovative product customer satisfaction, its grey category and whitening function by using grey evaluation method. Finally, this paper focuses on innovative products customer satisfaction measurement. The innovative point of this paper consists of establishing a grey evaluation model of innovative product customer satisfaction and providing a new judgment criterion in order to evaluate the success of innovative product.
