摘要

Research on the explosion of SFAE-type charges was carried out. The charges were tested in which a shell of an ammonium nitrate and aluminium powder mixture surrounded the cylindrically shaped phlegmatized RDX. To trace the curvature of a shock wave in the ex-ternal layer, X - ray photography was applied. The pressure blast characteristics and the light output of explosion cloud was investigated in the bunkers of a different size and a dis-similar level of the opening (a ratio of holes' surface to the total bunker surface). Over-pressure peaks and impulses of incident waves as well as the impulses determined for the specified time duration were analysed. The obtained results can be helpful for the course of construction of thermobaric layered charges.
