摘要

Government's public service based on marketing means that government and its faculty departments should be oriented with public interest, form a customer-oriented concept, and use related theories, methods and techniques with service marketing in the course of handling social and public affairs in order to build a good government image, establish good relations with the public and achieve social stability and harmonious development. Firstly, this paper studies the government how to build service marketing concept and provide a people-oriented service for the public. And then, SWOT environment analysis model will be adopted to help government lay down service marketing strategies and tactics. In the end, service marketing combination patterns will be discussed in order to construct a service-oriented government in modern society.
