摘要

Opioid receptors belong to the rhodopsin subclass within the superfamily of G protein-coupled receptors,which are characterized by the presence of seven transmembrane (TM) helices.They play an important role in controlling pain and stress,modulating immune responses and developing addiction of human body.The interactive mechanism of opioid receptors with ligands is still unclear.In this study,pharmacophore model and molecular docking methods were used to investigate the binding modes of μ-opioid receptor with agonists and antagonists.
