摘要

The implementation effect analysis of immigrant later stage support policy in large and medium-sized reservoirs is the main content of immigrant support monitoring and evaluation.This paper takes Jiangxi Province Shangrao City as an example,combines the basal questionnaire survey in 2006 and current situation questionnaire survey in 2010 of 986 immigrant households,and mainly analyzes the effect of later stage support policy implementation on immigrant production and living standard.The results show that the implementation of the later stage support policy for large and medium-sized reservoirs improves production and living conditions of immigrants,promotes social harmony and stability,and immigrants generally feel rather satisfied.But there are also some questions such as the deferred payment of immigrant direct subsidies,the lack of immigrant production and development projects,the inadequate immigrant skills training and the slow increase in immigrant net incomes.For advancing later stage support policy we need to further regulate the timely release of direct subsidies,increase the industry support,strengthen immigrant skills training,and pay attention to immigrant independent development ability construction,etc.
机译：大中型水库移民后期支持政策的实施效果分析是移民支持监测与评估的主要内容。本文以江西省上饶市为例，结合2006年基础问卷调查和现状问卷调查2010年对986个移民家庭进行的调查，主要分析了后期支持政策的实施对移民生产和生活水平的影响。结果表明，大中型水库后期支持政策的实施改善了生产和生活条件移民，促进社会和谐与稳定，使移民总体上感到满意。但是还存在一些问题，如推迟支付移民直接补贴，缺乏移民生产和发展项目，移民技能培训不足以及增长缓慢移民净收入。以后再使用阶段支持政策，我们需要进一步规范直接补贴的及时发放，增加行业支持，加强移民技能培训，重视移民自主发展能力建设等。
