摘要:This paper gives a presentation of the water regime characteristic analysis of Saizhu hydropower plant in the Ximahe river basin, explains the impact of Kunming Qingshuihe river water diversion works on runoff at the damsite of Saizhu hydropower plant and its water power utilization analysis, and puts forward the necessary measures to improve water utilization coeffi cient. The whole annual overhaul of the power plant is arranged to be completed in the dry season, the routing equipment maintenance is to be done well, spares and spare parts are properly laid in and the reservoir operation mode is appropriately arranged. The operation practice in the period of 2013 – 2014 shows that the reservoir water utilization coeffi cients of Saizhu hydropower plant are 95% and 84% respectively, which were both signifi cantly improved as compare with the designed value 65.8%.%介绍洗马河流域赛珠水电站水情特性分析,阐述了昆明清水河引水工程对赛珠水电站坝址径流的影响及水能利用分析,对提高水量利用系数提出了相应的措施:电站的全部年度计划检修安排在枯水季完成;做好日常设备消缺维护;合理储备备品备件;全理安排水库运行方式等。经过2013年及2014年的实践,赛珠电站水库水量利用系数分别为95%和84%,两年均比设计值65.8%有较大的提高。
摘要:根据坝址区地质条件及当地建材的性质、储量,经前期坝型比较分析,确定坝型为粘土心墙风化料分区坝。经料场复查及碾压试验验证,结合料场开采规划,根据基础开挖揭露的实际地质情况,对大坝进行了优化设计。五一水库2010年9月蓄水至正常水位,2012年6月通过了工程竣工验收,水库蓄水运行良好。%A clay core wall weathered material zoned dam was chosen for WU Yi reservoir through comparison and analysis of the dam types in the early stage according to the geological conditions of the dam site and properties and reserves of local building materials. The design of the dam was optimized later after re-examination of the borrow area and verifi cation by roller compaction test according to the actual geological conditions exposed by foundation excavation taking into account of the borrow planning. The reservoir impounded water up to the normal storage level by September, 2010 and passed thefi nal acceptance in June, 2012. The reservoir has been under proper operation.

The paper deals with the method of applying the arbitrary point sag formula to thefi eldfi nal survey of a power transmission line in a mountainous area. The method can appropriately reduce thefi eld work intensity, helping survey and design personnel to effi ciently complete thefi eldfi nal survey of a transmission line in a mountainous area.
摘要:查明黄家村不稳定斜坡的分布范围、规模、地质条件及诱发因素,采用传递系数法进行稳定性评价和推力计算,得到黄家村不稳定斜坡,整体稳定问题不大,但坡体内部发育的局部灾害体存在稳定问题,主要表现为1号、5号、6号崩滑体和3号崩塌体以及5号、6号崩滑体之间的坡体强变形区,针对坡体中局部发育的不稳定灾害体提出治理主要工程措施。%The transfer factor method was used to carry out stability assessment and thrust calculation after fi nding out distribution scope, size, geological conditions and inducing factors of the Huangjiacun unstable slope. The study results reveal that the Huangjiacun slope is stable as a whole, however some parts inside the slope are considered unstable and potentially disastrous such as the landslide masses No. 1, No. 3, No. 5 No. 6 and the intensively deformed zone between the landslide masses No. 5 and No. 6 in particular. The paper puts forward the major engineering measures to control those unstable and disastrous landslide masses locally developed within the slope.
摘要:The study on mix proportion design of asphalt mixture mixed with broken gravel instead of macadam in an arid & desert region has been the hot topics of the study made by scientifi c research and engineering technical personnel. The analysis results of the broken gravel asphalt mixture proportion design in the arid & desert region show that the testing indicators of the broken gravel materials meet the requirements of the high grade highway pavement specifi cations, both water stability and high temperature stability of the broken gravel asphalt mixture meet the requirements of the high grade highway pavement specifi cations and that the mix proportion deign of broken gravel asphalt mixture in stead of macadam asphalt mixture has great popularization and application value.%干旱荒漠区破碎砾石代替碎石进行沥青混合料配合比设计研究一直是科研与工程技术人员研究的热点。通过干旱荒漠区破碎砾石沥青混合料配合比设计分析,结果表明:破碎砾石原材料检测指标满足高等级公路路面规范要求;破碎砾石沥青混合料水稳定性、高温稳定性检测指标满足高等级公路路面规范要求;用破碎砾石代替碎石进行沥青配合比设计有较大的推广应用价值。
