In this study, various types of textured metal sheets were coated using the coating robot developed by the authors, and coating adhesion was evaluated by the cylindrical mandrel bend test, cross cut test, and pull off test. As a result, it was found that coating along the same direction as texturing provided good adhesion. In future works, we plan to continue studies on coating textured metal sheets to verify high quality product coating conditions.
