In this paper, the oily sewage treatment using the technology of ceramic membrane filtration is described. The intelligent control system of distributed sewage treatment is designed. Using multiple ARM processor STM32F103VET6 for each module processing chip, point to point signal transmission through RS232, The operation parameters of each module and its operation status are set up by using several industrial touch screen, and industrial control computer is used to monitor the system status of the whole control system, and set the system running parameters, the industrial control touch screen and industrial control computer communicate through the industrial Ethernet. Based on Visual Basic software, the application program of the host computer is designed for the sewage treatment system. At last, field operation experiment of control system is carried out, the experimental results show that the system can meet the requirements of wastewater treatment control, and the reliability is high, and the operation is stable.
