This paper deals with the problem of robust H control for singular time-delay systems with parametric uncertainties. A singular-type complete quadratic Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) is introduced. A new bounded real lemma (BRL) is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) via discretization LKF method. The improved free weighting matrix approach contributes to decouple the system matrices from the Lyapunov function matrices. The analysis results are applied to state-feedback H control of singular time-delay system, where the controller may be either instantaneous or may contain delay terms. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the significant improvement on the conservativeness of some reported results in the literature.
