摘要

Cross-coupled synchronization controller design method based on quantitative feedback theory (QFT) is proposed to deal with dual hydraulic motor driven problem of flight simulator. The method uses frequency characteristic sets(plant templates) of two motors with given operating point extent as its system plant, and utilizes QFT SISO controller design process and MIMO stability conditions to synthesize forward controller and coupled controller respectively. Feed-forward controller is also designed to fulfill frequency width index of flight simulator. Experiment results of flight simulator middle frame indicate that controllers designed with proposed method could satisfy frequency bandwidth and synchronization error performance requirements.
