Conclusions: In conclusion, our immune organoid provides a simple strategy for recapitulating selective the functional aspects of a lymphoid tissue to induce accelerated GC-like reaction with maintained long-term cell survival by simply adjusting the extracellular signals. These findings highlight the importance of sequestering cytokines in the organoid for enhanced and accelerated B cell differentiation. In the long term, the immune organoid may enable generation of high affinity antigen-specific cells ex vivo.
