This paper aims at solving the electrical engineering teaching problems caused by the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic. The theory of Outcome Based Education (OBE) is studied Guide the online teaching work. Combined with professional features, different online teaching methods will be introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of each method will be compared. Through practice and exploration, online teaching has achieved good result. The students' learning progress is not affected by the Epidemic.
