According to the character of liquid and gas two-phase flow in the evaporative cooling generator stator bar, the void fraction was calculated and analyzed using universal model. Experiment table of v ray measurement system was erected. Because all the calculation models don’t consulted the influence of flux to the drift velocity, the calculated result and the experiment result are not consistent with each other. Referring to the relationship of void fraction versus vapor quantity, the drift velocity was corrected using Nabizadeh2 model. The calculation error is between −10%∼10% when the vapor quantity is larger than 30%. The study result provides foundation for the calculation of liquid and gas two phase flow pressure drop.
