摘要

Nagoya University employed gasdynamics/mechanical hybrid sabot separation method to launch experimental model at the desired attitude. The characteristics of launch velocity and the characteristics of sabot separation distance against control parameters were evaluated. The obtained result enables to launch any model at the desired speed and at the desired attitude. By employing the gasdynamics/mechanical hybrid sabot separation method, the chance of launching an experimental model within two degrees of angle of attack can be increased from 35% to more than 75 percent.
