Data has been collected for a three different conditions as described previously. These are the first measurements (known to the authors) of shock standoff at these higher range hypervelocity speeds. Measurements have been taken for speeds between 9.5 and 11.5km/s and the normalised shock standoff distances (Δ/D) were between 0.027 and 0.039.
