The purpose of this study was to compare different variations of the Voice Harmonization Coefficient (VHC) - an acoustic parameter, which is used for voice quality evaluation and voice pathology detection. The harmonics involved in the analysis are supposed to be capable to determine the severity of different voice disorders. According to the results of this study the most sensitive variation for children's voice disturbs is selected.
