摘要

This paper documents a numerical investigation of the flow structure within a three-dimensional shock/boundary layer interaction (SBLI) created by a swept compression ramp (SCR). Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) simulations have been run using CFD++, a commercial solver, and compared with data from two experimental data sets: a 28° ramp swept at angles of 10°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 40°, and 50° in Mach 5 flow, and a 22.5° ramp swept 30° in a Mach 2 flow. Initial comparisons reported here focus on surface flow visualization and time-averaged particle image velocimetry results.
