1. Traditional analysis of HRV showed a remarkable coincidence of the dynamics of autonomic HR regulation during both flights 2. These preliminary results support the hypothesis that space flights of 6 months duration may be an optimal time for human space flight 3. Simple non-invasive and wearable devices are a useful tool for an individual 4. The long duration spaceflight is an important step to prepare future interplanetary missions.
