Cloud computing is a trending technology which is adopted by almost all the companies. There are some pitfalls in cloud computing which hinder the satisfactory adoption of the technology like lack of trust and security. Managing trust is a prominent challenge in the cloud environment. It is necessary to establish trust between consumers and the cloud. The trustworthiness and reliability of any cloud service can be assessed by collecting feedbacks from different customers. These feedbacks are not necessarily trustworthy because of the Collusion and Sybil attacks which make it possible for malicious users to give misleading feedbacks. There are no efficient mechanisms to identify and eliminate these attacks. The proposed model gives productive mechanisms to identify the genuine users and the feedbacks from the genuine users are evaluated by a Trusted Third Party(TTP) to find the inefficient cloud providers and hence avoid the reputation of a cloud being affected. Thus we produce a trustworthy and reliable feedback service for cloud storage.
