This paper proposes a novel canonical piecewise-linear (CPWL) function-based behavioral model for concurrent dual-band power amplifier which called 2D-CPWL. Compare with conventional 2D-DPD model, this novel behavioral model has lower complexity and the parameter of model scan be estim-ated by least-square method. Performances are evaluated with a simulational test setup using MATLAB. The dual-band signal center frequency separated by 80 MHz. Lower and upper center frequency are respectively located at 2.61 GHz and 2.69 GHz. The results show that the adjacent channel power ratio (ACPR) is less than -59.18 dBc and normalized mean square error (NMSE) is around -61.31 dB for lower sideband (LSB) and -61.30 dB for upper sideband (USB).
