Conclusions: Use of gradient material samples, quickly identified maximal expression of our neural lineage targets in hNSC cultured hydrogels containing between 435 μM and 577 μM of HAVDI. Greater utilization of such combinatory approaches will facilitate material optimization for human cell types and speed progressing of combination therapies utilizing multiple components such as materials and cells to the clinical.
