The main directions of modern broadcast service are transition from analogue to digital sound, multimedia, and television broadcasting, advanced quality of audio and video content, convergence of various means for broadcast content delivery for providing the user with maximum possible content quality. The results of the last ITU-R Study Group 6 block meeting are presented.
