摘要

Supply-side reform has become one of the important ways for Chinese economic transformation and upgrading. There briefly analyzes the background and present situation of the supply-side reform of construction industry, using supply and demand factor analysis and supply-side reform theory to discuss the influence of informatization on the system of trading system, admittance system and credit system of the construction industry and so on; the influence of product differentiation, management integration and market concentration degree optimization; the influence of technological progress and improvement of staff capacity. It is concluded that informatization promotes the supply-side reform of the construction industry and improves the effective supply of the construction industry to make the whole industry shift from extensive to intensive.
