Simultaneous, two-color, single-shot, three-dimensional tomographic laser-induced fluorescence measurements were developed to enable ratiometric measurements of temperature using the Boltzmann distribution of multiple electronic transitions of gas-phase molecules. Synthetic data were produced and used to investigate the accuracy of two-color tomographic imaging. Experimental data obtained from simultaneous imaging of two transitions of the hydroxyl radical (OH) in a turbulent hydrogen jet flame are presented. The experimental system for two-color imaging is described, and the data are analyzed for potential sources of error between the two-color tomographic reconstructions.
