This paper addresses the use of anaerobic bacteria to convert Agricultural Waste to biomethane. The objective of this article is to propose tools to improve the valorization of agricultural waste through two research axes. The first concerns the monitoring of methanogenic fermenters. Monitoring and control algorithms are based on dynamic models that must be able to accurately describe the evolution of system. The second axis focuses on strategies for regulating the quality of biogas. A bioreactor with oriented, upward-flow and fixed-bed has been implemented experimentally. The results obtained from the experiments show that the rate of methane production was stable and good and that the purification method used was excellent.
