摘要

The need for services and the demand of the customers change over time. The need to adapt to the new technology is necessary especially those in the service industries. These are the reasons why it is important to upgrade the existing systems and processes. Evaluating the present system of inventory and monitoring of medical supplies in rural health centers and the establishment of a new and improved process control system that can provide accurate and efficient results have been the focused of this study. Further analysis and evaluation of the present system enabled the researcher to come up with a system that is user- friendly, efficient, and more accurate. Recording and encoding of beneficiary information are paperless and quicker compared to the old system. The study upgraded not only the system but also the services that every rural health centers being offered.
