摘要:在1.00mol/L的乙二胺底液中,用单扫描极谱法研究了大豆异黄酮的极谱行为.大豆异黄酮在峰电位为-0.77 V处有一灵敏的二阶导数极谱峰,其浓度在1.0~12.0 mg/L时,与峰高成很好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=13.09x-7.844,相关系数为0.999 8,最小检测限为0.599 mg/L.加标回收率为96.3%~102.0%,精密度为0.10%~0.66%.样品定量分析与高效液相色谱法分析结果比较可知,利用大豆异黄酮的二阶导数极谱波对大豆异黄酮进行极谱分析的方法具有较高的准确度和重复性,简单可行.%In this paper, a simple, rapid and sensitive single-sweep polarographic method is set up, and used for investigation of soybean isoflavone. The effect of metal ion is also found.According to the experiment, in the solution of 1.00 mol/L ethylenediamine, as supporting electrolyte, three-electrode system is made up of DEM(working electrode),Pt electrode (reduced electrode) and Vs(SCE reference electrode). This method sweeps from - 0.60~1.00 V, and a sensitive first deriative single sweep polarography peak of puerarin is found at - 0.77 V (VS,SCE) 。 A linear relationship with stipping peak is obtained over the concentration range of 1.0~12.0 mg/L. The line return to return a square a distance is: y=13. 09x - 7. 844, liner dependent coefficient is 0.9998 and the recovery is 96.3% ~ 102.0%. The minimum detection limit is 0.599 mg/L. In the best conditions add, Cu2+、Zn2+ 、Fe2+ 、Pb2+、Al3+, it is found that the peak of soybean isoflavone becomes bigger. Based on the experiment, we find that the method of soybean isoflavone is a simple, rapid, accurate and feasible way to analyze specimen.
