摘要

We investigate the influence of latency and wearout of writing data on the efficiency of high-performance data storage systems. Using a mathematical model, we propose the strategy of redundant writing with cancelling long write operations. Presented numerical simulation results allow choosing the replication level needed to achieve the trade-off between the latency and wearout that provides desired reliability and efficiency.
