Many large scale PV plants are integrated all over the world grids recently. Reactive power supports can be considered as an essential need for such variable power plants. This paper introduces a new probabilistic model for voltage controlled PV plants. A new strategy of selecting proper distribution function for both solar radiation and temperature hourly is proposed. With the aid of Monte-carol simulation, new proposed model is examined and compared with recent suggested others. Results show significant improvement in different grid probabilistic voltages profiles by using the suggested new model.
