摘要

Virus-like nanoparticles made of an inner core of a polysaccharidic hydrogel surrounded by a lipid bilayer (Fig. 1) and called SMBV for SupraMolecular Biovector~(TM) were developed. These nanoparticles mimicked flu viruses in terms of size (60nm) and supramolecular composition as they have a lipid bilayer (Fig. 1) where membranar proteins may be inserted and an internal core where internal proteins may be loaded.
