摘要

The influences of chemical composition and hot rolling parameters on mechanical properties were investigated for dual phase steel which can be produced by two-step cooling process. The CCT diagrams of D1-D4 steels were investigated for searching the effects of Si, Mn on transformation. The yield strength and YS/TS ratio are insensitive to finish-rolling temperature due to the increase of Si content. And more than 150MPa increment of tensile strength and yield strength can be expected by increasing manganese from 1.2% to 1.8%.
