Combining the virtual prototyping with the running accelerated life testing technology, the research on accelerated life testing simulation technology of tracked vehicle was carried out. Firstly, the theory of accelerated life testing of vehicle was discussed. The accelerated coefficient formula was deduced and two main stress factors affecting the coefficient was made; Secondly, the method of accelerated life testing simulation of tracked vehicle was studied. Taking a tracked self-propelled gun as an example, its virtual prototype and virtual digital road were built. The load time history of vehicle component was obtained by carrying out the simulation testing of accelerated running. Finally, the finite element (Msc Nastran) and fatigue analysis software (Msc Fatigue) were applied to calculate the fatigue life of the vehicle's components. The accelerated coefficients under several typical enhancement roads were obtained. The research has very important significance to improve the development ability of military tracked vehicle and the maintenance ability of service vehicle.
