摘要

Post-modern public administration theory is a completely new public administrative theory emerged in the 1990s. This theory is obviously of great reference value to China's administrative theory and practice demanding for innovation. However,domestic academic circle has failed to attach enough importance to the theory. In this paper,first,the connotation of the theory is interpreted; then,the main research approach of the theory is clarified; third,the philosophical basis of the theory is revealed; at last,brief comments on the theory are given.
机译：后现代公共行政理论是1990年代出现的一种全新的公共行政理论。这种理论显然对中国的行政管理理论和实践具有创新性的参考价值。但是，国内学术界对该理论缺乏足够的重视。本文首先对这一理论的内涵进行了解释。然后，阐明了该理论的主要研究方法。第三，揭示了该理论的哲学基础。最后，对该理论进行了简要评述。
