The form of Merger & Acquisition in coal enterprises is diversifying ,operation scale is becoming larger and the number of Merger & Acquisition is growing, however,the success rate is less than 30% in total Merger & Acquisition. The post-merger of financial integration determines the effect of management integration. Therefore, whether coal operation achieves to desired results, post-merger financial integration plays a crucial role in Merger & Acquisition. M & A is not just a financial activity, only financial integration successed merger successed. Otherwise, it is only a financial manipulation,and it would lead to double failure of business and finance. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to explore the content of post- merger financial integration of coal enterprises ,so that it provides guidance for purchaser in practice.It will benefit to emphasis on the financial integration, and to increase rate of success as well as achieve objectives of coal M & A.
