This paper first point out the importance of gas emission prediction and the limitations of the domestic gas emission forecasting methods, then try to brow up a new method of forecasting the amount of gas emitted from non-scheduled air Gray forecast -- the theory and use it in to the first colliery in pingdingshan, through the establishment of differential equation model to study and predict the dynamic changes. According to the gray modeling theory, we have eight coal mine in Pingdingshan Mining Practice has shown that the law can be used to quickly and accurately "poor information" of the forecast area (including the new mining area) gas emission forecasts, on the basis of this, this paper also introduce a software named "gray golden surfer" to describe the law and trend of the gas emission in certain district.
