摘要

The higher education is moving gradually towards the internationalization, and the education reform is carried out deeply day by day, so it is the new developing strategic idea to construct the universities' sustainable developing core competitive ability that has been paid more attention by the domestic universities. According to this, the main body of mis passage at first analyzes four big contradictions of the higher education in our country. Secondly, it points out that in order to accomplish the universities' reform, it is necessary for them to construct its core competitive ability and to follow the sustainable development road. Thirdly, owning to the realistic condition of higher education, the author utilizes Michael Baud's three level theories-"the localization", "takes the shed", and "matches the name" to analyze the universities' sustainable developing core competitive ability and to explore the universities' sustainable competitive advantages.
