Post-Assessment of IT Projects Using Fuzzy Group AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

This paper aims at establishing a post-assessment framework of IT projects. Both quantitative and qualitative criteria are included in the index system. The fuzzy judgment matrices are transformed into interval matrices. On different layers of the index system, the expert weight coefficients are determined according to the consistency among the interval judgment matrices and the similarity degree of them. Then the synthesized interval judgment matrix is derived with the Hadamard convex combination method and the weights are calculated. The overall assessment result is generated using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the proposed method.
