Long term human presence and settlement in space are space civilization requirements but there are some obstacles to this purpose which the current technologies can't offer reliable and cost effective solutions to overcome to these obstacles. NBIC technologies, Nano, Bio, Information technologies and cognitive science, strongly promise to improve our technological capabilities. Additionally unification of science based on unity in nature and its holistic investigation will lead to technological convergence and a more efficient societal structure for reaching human goals. Revolutionary advances at the interfaces between previously separate fields of science and technology are ready to create key transforming tools for NBIC technologies and their achievements. Converging technologies have huge capabilities to develop emerging devices and systems and improvement human body characteristics to overcome the obstacles of creation space colonies.
