This paper that combined with Chinese actual conditions draws the classification modes of domestic and foreign equity incentive. Equity incentive is divided into real and virtual incentive mode. Through the statistical description of different modes, it can be drawn from listed companies of China that the quantity of real equity incentive mode is more than virtual incentive mode. Furthermore, this paper that compared with the performance of different equity incentive modes of listed companies, obtained some results that different equity incentive modes of the sample companies has increased its performance under implementing equity incentive. By regression analysis, equity mcentive and company performance have positive correlation and the increased performance of the sample companies is the consequence of the equity incentive.
