摘要

The competition among the enterprises is fundamentally the competition of the staff. The performance management of the staff is the basis to make the human resources policy and carry on the important decision of the enterprise, which is also an important mechanism for the enterprises to realize their strategic targets. This article introduced the principal component to deal with the problem of the staff performance management. Through establishing the appraisal model, the enterprises can get the situation of the staffperformance easily, and then they can take on some effective measures to raise the level of the staff performance so that the enterprises can be developed prosperously.
