The effect of environment on resource acquisition has been the focus in the field of entrepreneurship. This paper analyzed the effect of entrepreneur's traits on resource acquisition based on environmental dynamism. The paper, firstly, put forward the hypotheses based on the literature review. Then empirical study was used to test all hypotheses. Finally the limitations are pointed out and suggestions for future research are put forward.
