摘要

The consumers need to discretely consider many kinds of factors when buying homes. This article established the hierarchical structure model of choosing commercial housing. The criterion level is composed of the price, the traffic conditions, the estate management, the houses' structural design, and the necessary facilities. This article calculated the combination weight vector from the scheme level to the target stratum by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and provided consumers scientific basis in buying homes.
